Fastest way to switch to special attack?

Whats the new fastest way to switch to special attack button..

Have your spec weapon at close to the spec bar, click F1/F5-6 not really sure. Then spec .

Put your spec wep in the middle of your inventory,and then click on it and rapidly press f5.

 

[Reality]

Put your spec wep on the bottom row and right click it and then hit f5 while you have it right clicked, when you're on the spec page wield the wep and click f5. You might have to click your opponent too

Yeah,everyone does that. It's pretty common.
