For the next steps, we're going to start from top to bottom. This will include hair, glasses, shirts, watches, shorts, and shoes.
Hair
Hair is an extremely important part in looking fashionable. During the summer, I recommend getting short hair because of the hot summer days. "Bieber hair" or "Pauly-D hair" is not acceptable, you look like a fool.
If you want short hair, follow these designs. These are extremely fashionable and will go perfect with what you will wear.
If you want long hair (which I do not recommend), follow these designs. Long hair is fashionable, but it's not the best in the Summer time. It all depends on your facial structure.

Sunglasses
Wearing the correct pair of sunglasses can make you look amazing, especially if it matches your outfit. I highly, highly recommend buying a pair of Rayban Clubmasters. These are very fashionable and look terrific with summer-wear.
Shirts
For shirts, you absolutely almost need to wear light colors. It's summer and darker clothes attract more heat. For shirts, I recommend purchasing from Nautica or Ralph Lauren. I recommend wearing T-Shirts and Button-Ups during the Summer. A cardigan would also be suitable in this weather.Remember to not have your shirt and shorts color match, unless it's a very small amount of that color!
Watches
For a watch, you want something simple and no more than three colors. That's why this is probably the best watch to wear in the Summer. It's extremely lightweight and you can preorder it now. These watches are absolutely amazing!
Shorts
For shorts, you really need to wear chinos. Cargos are extremely ugly and make you look retarded. Chinos are basically cargos without all of the extra pockets. With the chinos, you want them to be above knee-length, it's the best way to wear them. Remember to not have your chinos and shirt color match, unless it's a very small amount of that color!
Shoes
In the Summer, you want to wear something that doesn't make you extremely hot because the weather already does that. For casual wear, I recommend wearing Sperry's. I recommend getting a pair of these. They are super lightweight and extremely comfortable. If you're going to a special ocassion where you would dress up, go grab a pair of Oxford's.
