He has the details. If the owner doesnt know of Jail having access. Its jails account. Jail could easily change the WLID and everything.

Dam, that does not make a difference sir, a stolen account is a stolen account. Weather the original owner knows its gone or not, it is stolen.
He can change the windows live id and shit yes, but the real owner can still provide the console id and serial number of his xbox and by pass all that shit and any console that the tag was recovered to is likely to receive a console ban. This is ONE of the several reasons why FK does not allow stolen accounts on site, i am sure.
