Do you believe in Faith Healers? There are some religion practicing faith healing. Those people who have illnesses that cannot be cured by medicine, usually goes to faith healing hoping for a cure.
 
I don't believe on this kind of people because they are taking advantage of some poor people which hoping to be healed by this practice. Testimonials don't give too much weight since there is no documentary proof. Miracle can be much more believable than Faith Healing. Oh wait, Faith Healing has been done by some religions, and my thoughts of Faith Healing is somewhat like, Healing of the soul itself not the physical body.
 
Well, sometimes our mind is preoccupied of our sickness. Faith healing is there to empty oneself and be cured. It is mind over matter and if you believe you will be cured by your faith, you will be.

People would seek and do evything to have a cure for their illness. Faith healers make used of herbal medicines and some religious rituals to cure illnesses but I don't put a hundred percent faith in them as I believe sickness are only in the mind and when you think you're sick, no matter how well you are, you'll be sick and this is the hardest to cure. Some faith healers scam people and extort money from patients and the sad part is they fooling sick people and for me that's the most mean act a man can ever do to his fellow.
 
I am aware that our body can heal itself. It is our brain, who commands the body to heal itself. That's why when we are sick and we believe that we are going to be healed, the brain sends signal to the body system telling it to heal itself. But of course, healing will be enhanced if combined with certain medications. So I don't believe in people healing other people. They are just instruments to make you believe that you'll be healed when in fact, it is your own self who does the healing. This is God's wonderful healing design within our body.
 

Some people needs other people to remind them to heal themselves. Sick people cannot think of good cure unless being help by others like their family and friends. This is why there are faith healers to remind people that they cure themselves.

No way for faith healing to be believed or even relied for. Whether it is in Science and most importantly from the order of God, we should never consult nor believed from this kind of people as you are praising the evil and believing it as what faith healers do. It is God who decides and giving order whether you will be healed or not, doctors are only instrument of God to heal you, but still the grace and mercy is with him.
 

Why will you say that if you rely on faith healers, you are praising evil? Where most of the faith healers are doing it inside the church. And even some Catholic priest are faith healers. You think they are worshiping evil?
 
yes i believe in them as i believe in prayers being herd.there are people who are so very connected to god that there prayers are herd sooner.they can treat the illness without medicines.but this power is been misused in some part of the world and many frauds claim themselves as faith healers and cheat innocent people.
 

You are right there mate. There are lots of people claiming to be faith healers even if they are not. They do it just to get peoples money. Though there are legitimate ones, but you need to check first before going to faith healers to be sure.
 
I know there are many faith healers in every religion and people visit these persons irrespective of the religion to which thy belong to, here in India! I don't believe in these faith healers, though they may act as psychologists in some odd cases! But most of them are fake and cheaters who are taking undue advantage of innocent people! Thanks !
 
Well I don't know because I haven't tried. But if I get terminally ill and I have no chance of getting cured by medicine the I would be willing to try it. I have nothing to lose anyway. Furthermore, faith can heal a person, if not physically at least mentally, and spiritually..
