Chopping yews.
Mining gold/coal.
Collecting cooking apples from the cooking guild.
 
Probably merch, if not enough money chop yews and then merch a good item
 
yeah if you do yews till 99 you can get about 35m... well that was when they were about 450. so about 27m ish.
After that you could merch trimmed and gold clothing/armour. or something expensive in f2p

You make more cash chopping willows until 99 then chopping yews until the other guy is done trying to hit 99 chopping yews.

At least then you get to wear the woodcutting cape while woodcutting.
