"What this review fails to mention is the rubbish physics engine. When I heard CM had the F1 licence my fear was this would become an arcade racing game. Unfortunately thats exactly what happened, for example the laptimes on the time trials are upto 10secs quicker than real life. This is shocking and just shows how arcadey the physics engine is! "
I love this game, but there are a few improvements I hope will make it into F1 2011. The main problem I have with it is the damage model. It just isn't as realistic as it could be. I sometimes barely touch the car in front, ad lose my front wing. Other times I crash head on into a wall at 60-70mph, and nothing happens. It's a bit hit and miss. I also find the transition from wet to dry rather odd. One lap, there are small puddles on the racing line, the next time around there is a dry line appearing. Other than this though, I love it.
