Extremely Slow Upload Speed

Well, I have made some remixes that I would LOVE to upload to Youtube. But, sadly, I have an extremely slow upload speed and I don't even bother to try because it slows the internet down A LOT for me and my parents.

Now, I wouldn't mind if the upload only took like 2 hours but it takes like 6. I have no clue why my upload speed is so bad considering I have a good download speed and I rarely lag at all anywhere on the internet.

So, do you guys know what I could do to fix this? And, if one of you guys has a very good upload speed and would be willing to upload these for me, could you please PM me? I would be very grateful if someone could do this, thanks a lot in advance guys !

I would rather not do that because my Rogers Internet Company has a whole bunch of people whom which I can never understand. I doubt they would do much anyways lol .

What type of internet connection got? Example; ADSL2+, Cable.

If that doesn't work when no one is online then it won't work at all, i used to have to do that years ago when my net was slow, i just kept trying though cos sometimes it would stop half way etc
