My kneecap was literally hanging onto the skin that got torn off, like everything was still connected, but my kneecap got taken off.

And my scar is about 2-3 inches also, but it's so wide you can tell it was bad.

Ouch that's pretty nasty. My mom had her eye torn out by a dog when she was like 8 but it was hanging by a thread so they put it back in, she now has a tube instead of a tear duct, you'd never know unless she showed you.

Lol ya like I said, it's totally normal, works fine and no scar or anything.. Must have been weird as a kid, but there is no evidence now. I haven't thought of it in a while, but she'll just randomly plug her nose and blow through the tube to clean the junk out.
