I have my final exams for 'high school' in five weeks, and I'm starting to panic a bit.
Has anyone gone through this before and any advice how to avoid any future panic
Yes I used to go through this when I used to go to school, just stay at home revise and after every 20minutes have a short break , because after that time your mind starts to loose conservation (fact) , get a good amount of sleep in , wake up early eat breakfast and don't panic before exams be Posertive take a dee
