"ON AIR" doesn't really make sense for a hosting site. Online//Offline is a better choice.

You don't get a site for the radio. >.< Been trying to tell you that.
 
I now offer VPSes, you can choose from Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and Windows Server 2008. The good thing is you don't need to disable a firewall!
