hello guys anyone here have try to use energy drink if you have work for 12am to 9am any one can recommend safe and good energy drink i must take before going to the job any advice
 
I drink cobra drink if I want to overtime in my job for me its effective because I dont get sleepy and I feel so energetic sometime it make me horny LOL.
 
Maybe try search in google I dont know energy drink for women. Anyway what is your job? I think you have to sleep well and long enough, eat healthy food like banana and most of all be happy. Keep in your mind that Happiness is a choice and when you choose to be happy you will not get tired or get sleepy.
 
for me i drink gatorade and redbull energy drink.if i feel tired and what some energy i go with redbull it gives you more enery!
 
First, don't try to energy drinks very often since it is not that good for the body. Anyway, before when I had my graveyard shift, I did not drink energy drinks but instead, I pack plenty of food that boost energy and keeps me awake all throughout my shift and one good example is chocolate! Haha!

I do drink gatorade that is to replenish electrolytes and energy in general. That's all!
 
I drink Rumba energy juice, it tastes the best out of all of them and is not carbonated and it gives me a good boost of energy and vitamins without the crash of coming down from something like red bull
 
I will choose Red Bull It's my favorite energy drink. It tastes good too. But I think we shouldn't drink these much because it harmful to your stomach.
 
If you dont mind i will suggest you to drink glucose with water it is more energiable drink for and i use to take also.
 
Well when I was going gym I was taking creatine and some suppliment power and now I dont take because these are too expensive , well I take lemon juice well could you recommended any good cheap health drink which is good for body.

Have you tried Lipovitan Ira Lite energy drink? it is said to be specially created for women, not sure of its effects though.
 
I used to drink BISON energy drink before. It helps me stay awake for longer, but when the effect starts to deteriorate, you are so sleepy that you need to drink another bottle.

Red Bull also is good, but I think, there is an addictive substance in it. I stopped using it a long time ago.
 
I don't drink energy drinks... They're just filled with sugar and caffeine and other bad stuff and they kill you... lol
