Enable Neutral Reputations?

Just wondering why we can't give neutral reputations.

It's been suggested before but denied each and every time, neutral rep has been disabled since the beginning of 2013, and I don't think Philly plans on enabling it again.
 
I've always kind of wondered this too. I just give them + or - 1 depending on if they piss me off or not.

I often look at old posts, and Philly had said this wasn't ever coming back.

Haha true but I think it would be good for regular members to express their opinions about other members.

Or upgraded members who don't want to neg or plus rep a member, just neutral them.
 
Neutral rep is like voting.
You think it makes a difference, but it don't.
 
neutral repping people is for pussy niggas who don't wanna get - repped back, so pointless
 
I feel like rep is used in the wrong context a lot. Positive rep should be given after smooth deals (etc.), negative to those that disobey rules (etc.), and neutral for other comments (e g. "Cool user is cool").

Implementing neutral rep could be cool, but then again, I don't think it'll happen.
