Email Question

Alright so I put my email on one of my Instagrams. When I got the confirm email, it was in spanish. My email is in English and my Instagram is in English. Can anyone help me?

Like I said in the thread, they are both in English. My emails region is correct as well. I also went to make an xbox account with it and it had a different region that shows up on there as well.... Can anyone help me?

I don't use a VPN, I woulda figured that out. It has something to do with my region on the email, I've changed it. I'm needing help from someone that knows a lot about this. Thanks for helping though.

What's weird is neither are in spanish. I changed my email on IG and I get an email saying it was changed in English. Then when I go to verify the email again, it's in Spanish.
