email question

I have recently found around 6 OG twitter emails and they all are rocketmail.com emails. How or can you still make these accounts? I am willing to give up one of the twitters for a method or tutorial on how to make them.

Yahoo! has discontinued RocketMail, thus not allowing you to create emails under that particular domain.
