No they're just gonna close your account because you abused the refund method.
I have some other accounts linked with the same card. Should I be concerned about those? And the weird thing is I did the refund to a fresh house...
so will my other accounts be closed?

I don't really see the problem you're fine

They probably linked them to the same I.P, worst they might do is blacklist your address and I.P.

In other words you can't order anything from amazon to your address ever and they IP ban all your amazon accounts(its happened before) so what you should do is use up all your balance asap

Reply telling them you appreciate what they are doing, checking into what is going on.

Haha yeah. I said I was fully understanding of what they were doing and I supported them 100%. I also said there were reports of theft in my area.

Smart.

Be pretty careful with this, I think you'll be fine though.

You might want to consider making a low-priced, legitimate purchase.
