Elite Clan (Level 40+)

I dont know how to buy these.
Im guessing its in here because they are linked to a Gamertag.
I do not want the Gamertag i want the Elite Clan.

Im willing to trade my Ownership of the Group Elite and some cash for this if anyone has it.
