3 to 4 eggs (depending on the number of people)
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 small onion
1 beats pitted black olives
1 can mushrooms rolled
Salt, pepper and olive oil
Prepare a sauce in a pan with onion and tomato, add fungus and olives. Season to taste. In the skillet with a wooden spoon make small spaces to place the eggs. Then cover the pan and simmer to remain as poached.
You can serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
