Effective way loosing weight

If you really like to eat do it this way: Tomorrow you will anotate everything you eat, and than you covert it to calories (if you google search "food calories calculator" it will show up lots of them) and than you will start doing exercise every day (walking 30 min or 1 hour, or even running for e.g), but this exercise comes with one condition: you can't eat more than you would in a normal day. The only thing you can do is drink more water. And that should make you thiner, but not as quick as if you ate less ;)
 
self discipline..discipline yourself when it comes to your food intake..carbs and calories atmost...
 
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise. Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
 
Just have suitable nutrifood and take exercise frequently. Sometime don't be lazy, the more activities you do the more weight you loss. Good luck !

Is this you in the picture?I think your just perfect. What kind of body would you like? That's what most girls are concerned of these days. Just be yourself because what matters most is whats inside of you.
 
do some exercise and you should lessen your food intake those high in calories,drink a lot of water specially the ionized water it will help you lose weight because it will balance your acidity intake which you found in your food and it speed up metabolism..eat also lots of fruit and vegetables instead of eating too much rice make it a habit to eat more fruits and veggies.green veggies can help in metabolic process so eat a lot of it..
 
Well effective way of loosing weight is only exercise , if you do morning walk and do dieting so you can loose your weight but before loosing weight consult doctor because sometimes people become ill due to unnecessary dieting.
