Edit banned account?

I have a friend that has a banned account and he edits the bio and stuff and I want to know how he does it.

Anyone know how to do this.

I can add and remove people but it won't let me edit the profile it comes up with an error.

When you go on Xbox.com and go down to the bottom click mobile version, this will let you edit your bio and such. However you do not need mobile version to add and remove people. Hope this helped good luck.
