No, It's once the topic reaches 50 posts, I will use random.org to choose a number 1-50, and whatever number I get, whoever's post is that # wins.

Pretty simple to do honestly. May feel a bit tedious, but then again you are getting yourself free Xbox Live. I think making a bot for this may speed up the process, but who knows. This method is short and quick already, no need for a bot.
Nice little eBook OP.
