First things first; I know this is probably in the wrong section and I apologize to the staff member who has to move it.
Okay, so I ordered something from eBay September 6 for my mom, I check eBay and it says the item was delivered. So I sprinted home after school to beat her to the mail to find out I didn't recieve it. I contacted the seller and said that I still want them item and didn't want a refund. My address is correct and all that jazz. What else can I do? Her birthday is on Sunday and I'm trying to get her gifts now.

Sorry for the spelling mistakes I had a shit day in school/ haven't eaten the whole day and I come home to this. Also, I'm on mobile
 
someone probably stole the shit off your doorstep. nothing you can really do about it just gotta hope the seller refunds u or sends a new one

That's unlikely; the mailman just left my block when I came home.

I mean I could but I don't want to order the same item off the same guy and not recieve it..

Report it to eBay as not received, try and figure it out.
If not, just look for something close.
Perfume, makeup, whatever she's into.
 


Check if it's a big package he probably came and gave it directly to her. Look around her from and try to see if she has it hidden or something.
 
I'm assuming this is the gift you spent all your money on? If I were you just buy a temp gift for now at a store, work out the issue with the eBay stuff and just get your money back.
 
@wash it isn't the only gift I bought her it's just the most important one

Ahh well then yeah I would imagine it's eBay issues wait till tommorow maybe it's just a day late
