Ebay Feedback Boosting

Would anyone be interested in doing this with me?
Basically someone list something for .01-1.00 and members buy the listing and then leave feedback for each other and mark as item paid so no money transfer/refund needed.

Isn't this illegal? I heard of ebay screwing people over royally for this.

Yeah, I'm sure this is illegal, but I don't anyone really cares.
