Earn money back doing nothing [Limited Spots]

Looking for a few investors to help with my already running business that's already making lots of profit.
There's different amounts I'm accepting with limited spots.

A) Invest $150 and make $45 back every month for 6 months = $270 total
B) Invest $200 and make $60 back every month for 6 months = $360 total
C) Invest $500 and make $150 back every month for 6 months = $900 total

I've never understood things like this. If it's already making tons of profit why wouldn't you want to capitalize on that and just make all the profit yourself by investing a partial amount of the profit you claim to be making. Not meaning anything by this just questioning why you would want someone to invest when you could invest your current earnings and not have to pay out to other investors.
