im going to 0s and staying there for awhile then ill probably go to 1/2s. Gauges will always shrink to almost 10g even as big as a inch and 1/8. It is extremely hard to find a job with gauges, however being a tattoo artist I have no troubles
You can always get your gauges stitched up, but this will cost you around £200 for each ear, not sure how much that would be in USA.
