DWC Suggestion.

Well I've noticed DWC members can actually change their userbar to group ones. Now I know DWC members will not be lifted. But what about those members that returned and weren't initially banned for scamming? Why do they have to wear it? You don't deal with caution with someone that got banned for spamming posts and trolling.

Can we have that only the members who got banned for scamming/stealing/turboing have to wear it?

I do completely agree with this, but nonetheless he did junk a lot of posts and initially he did NOT scam nor turbo or anything of the sort in which results into the category of scamming. I think users who have NOT performed thus far scams should NOT be put into the DWC usergroup, e.g: Poop for example. I guess there will be many more users in this type of predicament and I would hate to see them in the same position.
