Dungeonerring ticks/boxes (I googled before this one)

First: I googled before posting this.

When botting, I saw my dungeonerring floor menu (from outside to inside) is no longer ticks but is blue boxes. What does that mean?
 
"The check marks are completed dungeons that will give you 0 prestige experience the next time you complete them, and the blue boxes are the dungeons that you haven’t completed since you’ve reset your progress. "

Just did a quick google search and found it xD.
