Yeah. Most hunters hunt imps here, dragons & kingly implings may be rare, but they do appear here. If you've done the required quests you should hunt on mos'le harmless because not many people hunt imps there.
 

Can you tell me the requirements?
 
Zanaris imp hunting- Quest: Lost city & atleast 17 hunter.
Mos le'harmless hunting - Quest: cabin fever.

How do I get to Mos le'harmess?
 

You get access there when you finish the cabin fever quest .. after the quest I think you can charter ship over.
