Hey RuneGear,

I decided to leak an Duel Arena Glitch Tutorial which I bought for 50m. Please atleast thank me for sharing you this, as I'm giving it out totally for free.


You need to have a familiar that will take in food, e.g spirit terrorbird, war tortoise , yak

Fill up your familiar with the maximum amount of food you can fit in it. Log out and go to a f2p world and make your way to the Grand Exchange, stand in the middle of the Grand Exchange and log out, now log onto a members world your familiar will disappear. Now you do a food stake but have one pouch in inv, try to summon the pouch you have in your inv when you are in the arena and it will say something like you already have a familiar up, would you like to dismiss, you click yes, and all the food it was holding drops down into your feet.

There are people staking with food on, just go to world 22

i never would use food but its a ok guide
