TinyPic is being weird the last few months since they delete pictures after a good week or two, even sooner. I personally use http://min.us because I love it's functionally.
 
I'll stick with using Gyazo, Pictures last for a long time, and all I do it take screenshots.

How could I forgot about Gyazo, it's great. I like the application really much.
 
imageshack or photobucket are probably your best choices to be honest. I constantly see "This image does not exist" from Tinypic all over forums and such, it's very unprofessional of them. If they don't have the bandwidth or space to hold millions upon millions of images in their servers, don't be an image hosting site, simple as that
 
Well I have had no issues with imageshack either I usually use imageshack to host my images. Or i just host them on my own host

I highly recommend http://www.upit.cc/ because I've never seen them take down any content, they're system is virus proof. I also use min.us for fast uploads, but I have seen them take down pictures to same space, so be warned and not upload any long term content.
