Today I got banned for doing this on xbox live support. I'll post full chat logs later but here is what happened at the end, this guy didn't believe that my name was Raad so he said I was preforming fraud.

IF ANYONE MAKES A XBOX ACCOUNT USE A FAKE NAME IF YOU HAVE A UNIQUE ONE.

There is proof, he told me to go back to thetechgame.com
and that he would launch something to get me banned on my console for illegal identity fraud. I've also been banned from posting in xbox forums, xbox chat, and when i call xbox it doesn't get me to their number.

Call xbox support and if you have to keep calling them until you get one that will actually listen. If you have to take pics of your birth certificates and next to them show another paper proving its you or something because if that's your real name that's some bullshit.
 
I know, I've been banned from forums and I can't call until I get my Canadian IP back.
 
That's not the full chat log, and obviously you got banned for wasting his time and telling him to shut up, i would ban you to for your ignorance. The chat lines and support.xbox.com are not for games but are for people who actually need help, that's why you were banned. Ignorance is not bliss.
