So yeah, this girl that's in eighth grade is like, the only person that listens to my problems, and we always meet up to talk about life everyday, but today I guess she didn't tell her grandparents she was leaving, and now they think we've been having sex when we don't even hug, and they might charge me with statutory<- not sure if the right word, rape.

From my knowledge the military doesnt take sexual offenders and I've pretty much put my life on joining the military, so I'm so screwed if they decide to press charges, all I can do is pray they believe me, because if they don't, my life is truly over, :/

Lol even if they try to charge you with it the girl will deny it and they can test her, they'll know if shes having sex with you. No worries mate.

They can do DNA tests etc if it gets serious. DW, + it seems she wouldn't say you did have sex with her because you two seem close?

I tried to whenever they came to get her at our spot today, her grandma was all 'Go find yourself other youngins' and I'm just like, soooo like idek.

There's no proof and if she's as good a person as you say she'll say you didn't or weren't.
 
Statutory rape means that the girl has your consent, but is under the legal age. This isn't as bad as the regular rape. Although, like everyone else has said, they can't prove it.
 
Theres not much else to say, they can't show proof because there is none. You've done nothing wrong and you and her can testify in court if it ever even comes to it.
 
I'm 17, she's 14, the thread can be closed I talked to her at school, and her grandparents said it was all a big misunderstanding.
