Noo... I could give you the domain name via transfering it to you on GoDaddy but you wouldn't have all the files and everything contained within it, the actual site.

Domain and site(website) are two different things. A domain name is a name to your destination point, in this example it's HIS WEBSITE. A site/website contains useful information, videos, forums, blogs...
