Does anyone know of any domain hoster/hosting that does not require a CC and will take PayPal? If so, let me know.

Hostgator, and Godaddy are the biggest out their at the moment. Not sure what you are trying to host, but this would be recommended especially for a beginner as they have 24/7 support.

Namecheap is best imo, cheap & instant.

Can buy with unverified verified paypal too.

NameCheap is the best and Safest imo, HostGator only requires call back on phone on file and GoDaddy requires PIN or last6 which is easy to obtain. NameCheap however has no phone support They also accept Paypal and do not require a CC as you request.
