In my opinion post count doesn't matter like at all really.
 
My posts are always HQ , im always answering people questions and helping the community to the best of my ability ,i may post a few in a short space of time but its never spam or LQ . Peace

If Jump was just spamming then that's stupid but if he just wants his post count up and has replied to all new threads with quality, I see no problem.
 
Post count matters to me. It shows your activity on the forum. But quality is a bit better than count.
