Does Jagex look at IPs?

Well I haven't done this yet and I'd like to make a level 3 and just mule him for money. So I was wondering if he got banned would my IP attract any more attention than usual from Jagex looking for bots?

Unless you're running a huge bot farm I think you're safe.

Only if you are account hijacking. If you're account hijacking and you use mules, then they will ban every account on your IP that they can confirm is yours.
