Does it cost money to Join Groups?

It honestly depends on what group you plan to join. Most do, unless you do some sort of service for them.

Not it doesn't always. Some Groups like Swag and heartless cost. Damned, Elite and Superior are invite only.

joining in Swag for free is ending Monday or even shorter, sooo. Everyone will be kicked out.
