Does AutoFighter NX work for the whole combat triangle?

Hey, I bought Autofighter NX a while back with the intent of using it for melee. But my question is does it work for all aspects of the combat triangle? Like say I wanted to use it for range.
 
It works for range, don't use it for mage, it'll cost too much.
 
Works of range/melee Don't think it does cmb switching though
