I checked and CO and WA have it available for medical and recreational, but nobody else does.

Like he sells to people that have Terminal diseases . Or are licensed to buy it by the government. He's licensed by the government to sell it, i dont know all how it works. but its legal, and he's not a dispensary .

Yeah I've got you. The Government gave states the option to put their own regulations on it I think, or legalize it entirely.

Ya, he was telling me, in RI that its no longer a criminal act like you can only get fined with it and up to maybe 100 bucks. Im not sure if its RI but i think so.

If you have a friend who grows and are reselling, or are growing yourself and reselling, than keep it up, if not, than don't bother, and go get a normal job and I can guarantee that you will be happier with that job more. Unless you smoke and sell and barely make any profit, it's still fun

I might sale a gram to a friend or something from time to time but I don't do anything major other than find people who want to buy for my friend.
 
Just to clear everything up for you guys, it is not federally legal anywhere in the US. There are multiple states (not just WA and CO) that have it medically legal but that is just the state law not the federal law.

I used to deal a little here and there.

Boy wound up in a full body cast over an O. Jacked at gunpoint. I pretty much quit selling to anybody who wasn't in my immediate circle when I found out.

An ounce, think about it...

I haven't done anything with weed in nearly two months. I got rolled in a parking lot and have been scared ever since.
 
Haha this thread is making me LOL. I think if you smoke and stay lowkey youll be ok. Dont think its worth the jail time if you get caught up serving.

Isn't Washington considered the "North" though? Because I know for a fact that Washington has it legalized
