Does anyone know how to lift a limit on paypal

I have a sending limit of .32 cent on paypal and Im wanting to be able to get the sending limit lifted but I dont have a bank account atm or a CC. I need a VCC that will lift the limit. No Metabank VCC they dont lift limits or anything. SO if you know how to lift a limit on paypal please pm me. Thanks
 
Usually you can wait till the end of the month, or buy online a fake credit card

Yea that's what I was thinking but I just seen a new eBook on HF about a new way to lift your limits. But its 50 dollars and I don't have that kind of money to buy that right now. But I would like to know how if there is a way.


Or I need to find someone that has a CC/Bank that will put the amount that is on my Paypal to one of my new Paypals and I just give the whole Paypal account to the person that trades with me. I really need to move this money off here. Its less than $19.00usd 18 and something cent. So if you can help me please contact me asap. Thanks
 
You need to link a real bank account, with the same name as the one registered to the paypal. You don't get unlimited, though. You have to transfer the money to the account, that's what I did. Paypal is still limited, but I got my money back ($270).

As far as I see that's the legit way of doing it, am not taking any chances on trying to find another way of lifting the limits, could end up in big trouble, I don't know maybe.
 
You can ask, someone to activate the account for a fee of course.
 
Yea I just wish I could find someone trust worthy enough to get them to send the money to another paypal I made up and I just give them the account. But I might just wait to get a bank account added to it. I just really need to use the 18 dollars I have on there like ASAP.
 
You could buy a VCC or VBA using liberty reserve I think on one of those websites or you could pay someone of HF to do it for you.
 
Ive already made a new paypal but that still doesnt help cause I have money on the other one. I guess I'm just going to wait till I get a bank account or something.
 
Make a Canadian PayPal, we have almost a 4k sending limit.

i dont think there is a way that i kno of, part form actually adding a bank account to your PayPal sorry
 
Just when you sign up you should be able to choose Canada from the drop down of countries.

Use Australian, they have a limit of 2million sending and receiving limit.
