does anyone have good suggestion on saving money?

what would be some good tips to earn cash for a teenager who cant work anywhere until next year, i want to save up for the new Ipad 2. Ive thought about mowing lawns but i cant afford renting a lawn mower or buying gas, and babysitting, thats out of the question. Ive even thought about selling stuff on ebay but i think ill save that until im older.

then before you spent you must need to think of the savings first it will be useful rather than not saving at all.
