Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help me fall asleep?

I need to go to bed, it's 2:35am, which isn't that bad, but there's something REALLY important that I'm doing at school tomorrow, and I need to be fully awake for it. I'm keeping myself up coughing, and even though I feel exhausted, I can't sleep. It's annoying me. =/

Help? I need suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!
 
Tense every part of the body for 30 seconds each, like, tense EVERY muscle you possibly can, like do a whole body tense for about a minute after that, it gives the feeling of exhaustion.

You will be high for a little bit, then you will eat some and pass right out.

I have a sleeping disorder and refuse pills... weed is the only thing that makes me fall asleep. But I get anxiety attacks when I smoke it, so I just never sleep, lol.

You should try drinking some herbal tea. This really soothens the muscles and will help you sleep. I can guarantee you if you drink a cup or 2 of this with absolutely no milk, creamer or sugar, you'll be able to fall asleep a lot earlier than usual.
