Does Adderall help your performance on videogames

i personally take adderall XR (extended release) before i play for the night i feel 10x more focused when i take it im like a walking aimbot on halo 4 i don't miss i would say adderall benefited my performance in game positively. Anybody take some form of adderall feel the same way?

Adderall XR, I just have a weird tolerance to it and I can control how I react basically.
