Many of the young teenage children take to roads, drive rashly on their mean machines which parents bought them. Do you think underage children should drive city roads?

I don't think an underage should be driving on the road without proper guidance of adults.
in case there will be an accident (which we cannot tell) that would surely be a big problem to the family and the other party.

for me NO. Driving is a skill that requires physical strength, mental ability and keeping in mind a number of driving etiquette to cruise safely around the busy streets of a city with which underage children are not capable of, therefore underage children should not be allowed driving on city roads.

Teenagers take to mean machines in a big way, they want to prove themselves in their group. Most of them derive motors from parents who give them all they want. But you are right, they are unskilled and need proper training to
become good drivers in future.

ofcourse big no. they do have right to drive any types of vehicle even not in city roads. who takes responsibility if ever accidence happen

Underage children should not allowed to drive in city roads because it is dangerous to drive without learning first. They must drive at the age of 18 and get a driver's license.

Hello, that is not only dangerous but scary too. I mean just thinking that they are allowing to drive them while they are not eligible. This will get not only them but many more killed or seriously injured. They should never be doing that.

They really shouldn't. They still don't have the sense of responsibility in the road and for them it's just playing a bump car or an arcade car game that makes it fun to drive. Driving is not for fun, it is a mean of transportation and the necessity to move over other place. So there should be a strict compliance to traffic regulation involved.
