Do you think Subway isa really healthy meal?

It probably depends on what you put in your sub. If you load it up with tons of toppings and sauces, then it's probably not as healthy. I think it's a somewhat healthy meal if you keep your sub simple and don't get too crazy
 
Depends on definition of healthy. I think subway is rather healthy for fast food, but I'm sure some of the subs have lots of calories, etc. Don't know how you can go crazy with bad stuff when you can only pick vegetables...

Not going crazy as in choosing the regular healthy subs instead of meatball subs or buffalo chicken and whatever other sandwiches subway has. And also not getting crazy with all the different dressings and stuff. Ranch can be really fattening if you eat a lot of it.
