i think yes cause it helps us to increase our mental power it helps to think in a proper way as we have to solve various mysteries.
what do you think??

For me I really don't think that it's really important like a life-basics to do, I play video games for fun or when I am bored.
 
I don't think playing video game is important in our life As it is just played for fun and timepass but it gives us some extra techincs and knowledge.
 
For me it is not that important. We play games just for fun and we are not taking serious to it but sometimes we gain some knowledge and experience in some games like puzzle games.
