Do you think it's realistic to lose 15 pounds in a month?
Well, over the course of this year, I've put on a little bit of weight. Well, 15 pounds. Luckily, it didn't really change me drastically, but I was planning on losing it. I was going to do it during the last year, but I really couldn't find the time because I was focusing on my studies. But now I'm ready to lose these 15 pounds. But I don't know whether the goal I'm setting is reasonable or not. I want to aim for something I can reach or else I'll be really disappointed with the outcome. I only have about one month to lose all this weight. Well, one and a half to be exact, but that last half week is reserved for something else.

So tell me. Do you think it's possible to lose 15 pounds in a month? Have you done something of this nature? And do you have any tips?

15 pounds in a month??looks like a difficult goal.but i won't say you can not achieve it.Avoid bread, pasta and sugar. Instead, eat plenty of protein and vegetables.
Run on the treadmill daily. If you run or use a treadmill, you can burn up to 650 calories per hour.
other then this you need to do some aerobic exercise under an instructor.work out for at least an hour.drink plenty of water preferably luke warm.
then you can try out some homeopathic medicines too.they have lesser side effects.

I think that it would be a very unhealthy venture. However, it depends on how big the person is. If you weight over 500 pounds then losing 15 in one month wouldnt be unhealthy. However, if you only weight 150 then it would be unhealthy. I would recommend doing it gradually because it will be more healthy for your body. You should workout and count calories. I did this and lost twenty one pounds in four months. You should aim to lose 2 pounds a week. Anything more than that is unhealthy.

Yes, and quite easily. My parents used this thing called Green Coffee and they lost weight instantly. About 10-15 pounds a week.
