Do you sleep twice a day ?

I saw many people who sleep 4 hours , and also i see many people who sleeps twice a day also , so what you think which will be good for health as we all know sleeping is good.

Sleeping twice is bad. Some people used to take two sleeps, one in the afternoon, after meals, which is not good for health and other is after dinner at night. Going to bed early i.e before 10 p.m and waking up at 5.00 a.m is very good for health.
 
i normally have a good sleep about 8-10 hours a day , and only once. this is actually a good sleeping habit .When you sleep just for 4 hours , you will ruined your health as you are giving a constant pressure to your unrest body. I also prefer not too long hours sleeping because it might make you more dizzy.10 hours sleep will be enough.
 
Less sleep is bad for the health and too much sleep is also bad for our health. The best hours of sleep should be 8 hours.
 
We all know,that too much in everything is bad.just like too much sleEping,it is bad for your health,makes you become lazy,.instead of sleeping,why dont you make yourself busy by working.
 
I sleep about 7-8 hours a day, sometimes less. I love to take naps but don't always get the opportunity to. Even so my naps are only 20-40 mins max.
 
Aside from my, more or less, 8 hours sleep at night, I do sleep during mid part of the day. We call it "siesta" here. It revives my physical and mental energy. I think `10 to 15 minutes of nap is a healthy practice.
 
It don't sleep twice since I have Classes by 30 minutes before Night time and because I get in touch with my computer at days that I don't have classes.
 
I take a nap at 3 on tuesdays... its pretty good because i have a nght job and i feel refreshed. And some of you guys should try it out...
 
on weekends when i dont have much to do I may to go sleep around 8 wake up at 12 go to sleep at 4 and then wake up at 10, so i sleep twice with vidya in between
 
It is best that everyone should get their 8 hours of sleep a day and you can sleep twice a day but only if you had slept 8 hours before.
 
neither sleeping 4 hours is good nor sleeping 2 times a day is good.....so sleep once but have a complete sleep.....
 
I even sleep 10 hours per day ! 8 hours in night and 2 hours nap. The more you sleep the more healthy you're so don't refuse you sleep. You make your brain work too hard then it'll be tired very quick that you can't recover it soon. So it's very harmful
 
it think sleeping is good for health you get rested i can sleep a whole day it feels me good and it is good for health also
 
no my dear i only sleep once and that's at night.even though i consider taking rest for an hour during day is better as it refreshes mind but i don't have free time in the day to go for a nap.plus if i sleep during day i have insomnia at night.

I think it's not that good to sleep twice in a day. When we are still young, our parents wants us to sleep after we ate our lunch so we will be healthy. In weekends, we always do that because if we didn't sleep our parents will be angry. Most of kids in here always sleep after lunch and I don't know if it too bad. Still, I love sleeping. :Happy:
