Having your own house is not easy as instant!. You must work harder to accomplish your goal. Pursuing your own house will take at least 2 years, i think. It's not easy, is it?. Many of us have our own views of having our own houses. Me and my husband are still renting our house because we were just married last year and still looking forward to have our own. Maybe it will take 3 years for us to make it if we are planning also to have our angels.

Do you rent your house guys or you have it already ready and now living in? Cool to know about it!

We are just living in my grandfather's free space, we built a small house on it, enough for our family. I hope after 2-3 years, we can buy our own one.

When my family left to another country years ago, I am left in our own house and trying to manage it alone. So basically, I can say that I own my parent's house. But I am considering buying a new one for investment and the sorts. Well, I do know that it takes years but I do want to have my own within those years and if I am ready to settle down with my husband and children.

Well for me, I am lucky in this case. First of i was with my family until after a few tears of my marriage and then I bought one separate house without any instalments as some of the share was given to me by my father. And then I bought another small one in a nearby tourist place where I do go often. I have a rented hose too where I go often too and live there for a few months at a stretch.

Actually i don't have a house and i am only renting our house. I am living with my girlfriend and we are saving money for us to buy a new house.

I got my mortgage modified. It took me forever and it's still not right. They have admitted their mistake to me (finally) but it's gonna take a while to get it right. The biggest thing was the modification. That helped tremendously since I was unemployed for a while.

i need the house till now i am rented and may be in future i will get the house,i think i have a house at that time i will feel good.

before after our wedding we stay to my mother in law and to my mothers house after that we rent for few years,,after we have work,we save money so if times comes we can buy also our own house.so now,we live in our own house and we have one more land so in the future we can build also a house there for my children.

hi, for me it is better to have your own house but like you have said it is not easy to have one. but renting is not bad atleast you're not living with your parents or in your inlaws. you can't please anybody.

good day, well for me i can say that we owned the house where we living now.its the fruit of efforts of my husband.have a nice day ahead.:Smile:

Sadly, me and my wife with our only are living on a rented apartment unit. I still don't have the means to buy a house I can call my own yet. There are low cost housing available but are way far from where I work therefore it would be so costly in terms of transportation expenses.

Building a house is not a big issue what matters is what type and sort of house you want to build.???? If you just want to build a simple house just for shelter and save your rent money then can be done with 2 to 3 years. But we build a house once in our life time so why to make a compromise with it?????

for now me and my wife is renting, some day in the near future we hope to have our own house. its takes awhile where im from to buy and get the right home as well. we hope to get there soon though i hope.
