Do you now how to delete an group from skype?

I am getting problem to delete some groups from my Skype in which some people added me without my permission and they just advertising their referral links in it. I don't know how to delete them. If anyone of you know how to delete them than please share your knowledge with me and rest of the members of Market Swag. Thanks in advance

no i dont know because i dont have any groups in skype.and i dont use it frequently.

Well, I am still looking for the answer because I am in hell so many people added me in their groups without my permission and the way they are spamming its horrible

Maybe a right click then delete or remove or click on the group or person, then click on the "Delete" key.
