Ok, so basically I'm making this thread to see which members work and which don't.

I work. I work at a Rite Aid, I like earning my money and being able to buy things I need and don't need at the same time. Like today I needed underwear (my mom threw all mine out for some reason) and the other day I didn't need 32GB mem card for my PSP.

But yeah, whoever sees this and does in fact work, state your job and if you like it and how long you've been there. For those that don't work, state why and how you get by!

I work at Rite Aid.
I like my job as an associate and a cashier.
I get paid $8/hour
I like my job because it's near my house, convenient, discounts, and not a very difficult job to get the hang of!

Yes, I do work.

Location: H-E-B Retailers
Department: Seafood
Description: I basically handle different varieties of seafood, as well as customer service.
Time: 2 Years 2 Months
Why: It's an easy job, I get a lot of hours, and I get paid decently.

I'm only 14, but yes I have a job. I work at "Piggly Wiggly." I get a nice $8 a hour, for being bag boy. I just got it last month, and it is close to my house so I like it.

Don't you have to be 15 to have a job? Isn't that against child labour laws?

I'm almost 17 and i don't have a job, i need one really bad ):

I am 16 years old and haven't had a job yet. I am such a lazy person with everything. I just cba to go find a place and fill out an app. I am not fat, actually really skinny.

I am 16.. I have 2 jobs.

Job 1 - Aeropostale Clothing Store
Associate/ Cashier/Stock

Job 2 - Panera Bread
Associate/Cashier/Dinning Room/ Back of House

I've been working as a sales clerk at a pharmacy for the past 4 years. It fascinates me how I still haven't left for a new job. Maybe it's because in so routine, there's almost no stress working anymore. I know everything like that back of my hand.

I have a job, 19 years old and still in college.

I work at a computer shop called "Computer Pros."

Basically I'm a computer technician. I get paid $12 an hour.

What does your job entail?

Computer engineering and Computer Security expert

Well, I have two longer tables that I have to myself. I have 8 monitors, and stations for a laptop, or a desktop. I go over to the shelf where the computers are, and decide which ones I wanna work on. I usually work on 3-5 at a time because I'm newer to this job. Most of the repairs are formats or virus removals. Today I had a tougher challenge though. Had to test a machine that the customer didn't know was wrong with. So I just started random tests, and my second test(hard drive test) let me know that the HD had failed so I got lucky on that one. Then I had to replace the CMOS battery in it. Just different things, I like it though.

It doesn't breach any laws unless the child is given full-time. However, if you have a hardship, I think you can work as many hours as you like.

I work at a fast food joint, making a little over minimum wage. Looking to find better work after graduation.

That was my first job
